Description
Internal Monologue is a bright, hop-forward American Pale Ale heavily dry-hopped with a vibrant blend of Ekuanot, Mosaic, and Simcoe.
Pouring with a golden hue, this pale ale leads with a punchy, fruit-forward aroma driven by the heavy Ekuanot and Mosaic steep and dry-hop additions. Expect a massive sensory wave of fresh papaya, pithy orange, and ripe melon, backed by subtle dark berry notes. The Simcoe dry hop rounds out the juicy upfront profile with a beautiful, crisp layer of dank pine and earthy citrus zest, while a Columbus boil addition provides a firm, classic bittering backbone.
Built on a classic, robust base of premium Maris Otter, flaked oats, and torrified wheat, the body is smooth, full, and highly drinkable. Fermented out with American ale yeast, it finishes incredibly crisp and refreshing with a perfectly balanced, lingering bitterness.
